"Let's make something STRONGER and BETTER than the both of us.".. he is implying that something is so wrong with the way you are as you were created that you need to reproduce children with recessive genetics and inherited destructive tendencies to upgrade yourself as a species.. to imply that reproducing a mulatto makes something BETTER THAN BOTH OF US implies that the parents or at least one of them is inferior.
